22 May The ARP – Floating and Sinking
This week in the ARP, we have been exploring objects that float and objects that sink. Linking this to our book, Billy’s Bucket, we investigated which of the sea creatures or objects floated in the water and which sunk. We then went on to find things inside and outside the ARP, that we could test. We found out that twigs and leaves floated well but rocks and stones didn’t. They sunk to the bottom of the container. We were very keen to investigate.
