12 Jun Nursery – Heavy or Light?
Linked to our unit on ‘Budding Builders’, the Nursery have started to look at whether objects are heavy or light and using weighing scales. We have looked at different materials and discussed which materials may be heavy, for example: metal and wood. We also looked at those which are light, such as paper and feathers. When using the weighing scales we experimented with different objects and looked at which side was heavier or lighter.
