This week the children in Meadow have taken part in baking rock cakes. The children were able to name “butter, sugar, flour and egg”. They also used the scales to measure 225g of self-raising flour and 125g of butter. Through lots of modelling, the children used their fine motor skills to roll, knead and push the dough.
