This week, Year 5 started our English unit with immersing ourselves into the different accounts about King Arthur. The children read various legends and stepped into the role of the king himself! It was very enjoyable to read about the difficult challenges he overcame and the escapades he endured. In a couple of weeks’ time, we will have written our own King Arthur legend with a quest.
