23 Oct Year 5 – Action Scene
This week in English, we have immersed ourselves in our new unit of work- Action scene. We have delved deeper into the intense battle scene between Macbeth and Macduff. Through acting, children thought about how different characters may have felt at different points of the battle scene. We also unpicked the text in detail and explored key vocabulary, thinking about the author’s intentions on the reader. We are looking forward to writing our own action scene.
