As a part of our Ancient Greece learning, this week we have been making masks! We learned that the Greeks invented theatre and it was popular for them to wear masks when performing. We used clay to mould and create our own Persephone-inspired Greek masks. To make the finer details on the masks, we used carving tools to create different lines and shapes for noses, mouths and noses.
