20 Mar The ARP – Creating a delicious dip!
We continued our ‘Three Billy Goat’ theme this week. We made a dip using goat’s cheese! First, we had to mash the cheese with a fork or spoon and then mixed in a little milk to make it extra creamy. Next, we used our knife skills to cut cucumbers into batons. We have to be very careful as the cucumbers were quite slippery. Once all the other ingredients were prepared (with help from our teachers) we dipped the vegetables into our goat’s cheese. Some of us loved it, while others were not quite sure.
