This week in the ARP, we continued to practise our fine motor and mixing skills by making a healthy dip to go with our bread sticks at snack time. First, we had to rip and tear mint leaves. Some of us loved the smell.
Mrs Seaton helped by pouring yogurt into a bowl, we really concentrated. Next, we had to add the mint leaves and then with team work we took turns to mix and combine the two ingredients. We added a squeeze of lemon juice and voila, our dip was complete. Yum!
