07 Nov Nursery – Over the Rainbow
Our new unit this half term is called ‘Over the Rainbow’. On Monday, we looked at how rainbows are formed – with both raindrops and sun. We learnt the colours of the rainbow and the order that they go in: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet. Following this, we then created our own big rainbow as a class and painted it together. To end the day, we invited in our parents/carers to join us and made lots of rainbows, which we will be displaying in our classroom.
