Finally, market day had approached and the produce we had grown was to be sold at Barking Market! All the children participated and showed great enthusiasm for this project which was great fun. Five children were chosen to be market sellers and sold the vegetables and school-made salsa to raise money for the charity, Plan Zheroes – The Zero Food Waste Heroes. The children were very engaging and did a fantastic job! Miss Lipman and Miss Begum were very proud of our lovely Parsloes School children.
