23 Feb Year 2 DT – Bread Making
Year 2 had a special treat today as part of our DT curriculum. All the children had the chance to learn how to make bread from scratch, guided by a real chef! We learned about the different ingredients that are needed to make bread and why it rises. Then we used different techniques to roll and shape the dough ready for baking. It was delicious!
