08 Jul Year 1 – Oh Help! Oh No! It’s a Gruffalo!
In Year 1, we have been reading ‘The Gruffalo’ in TalkForWriting and we were all very excited to visit Thorndon Country Park to meet the characters. We met a park ranger who helped us do lots of different activities such as den building for the mouse, camouflaging like a snake, hiding pine cones like a squirrel and singing gruffalo songs. We found all of the characters from The Gruffalo story and had a great day!
