This week, we have been learning to identify odd and even numbers. We represented numbers 1-10 using Unifix Cubes. We made each number using two parts joined together. We recognised the that the ‘flat top’ models were made of two equal parts (even) and the ‘odd cube’ models were not made of two equal parts (odd). We also practised correctly forming numerals 1-10. We have been very busy learning to be independent and to explain our ideas!
