22 May Pop Up Bookshop
Over the past few weeks, we have been delighted to host a pop up bookshop sponsored by the Children’s Book Project. After a very exciting book delivery, Miss Phillips and Mrs Noyce worked very hard to create our very own bookshop in school! The bookshop had a full range of exciting texts, including picture books, chapter books, non-fiction and even books in some of the languages spoken in our school community.
All of the children had a chance to visit the bookshop, where they were able to choose a book to take home and keep. They were expertly assisted by Year 5 librarians, who made sure that everyone had a book that they were excited to take home and read.
Once you have read the book you have chosen, keep an eye out for our swap shop in the infant playground every Tuesday after school!
