For the Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II we hosted a theme week at Parsloes Primary School. This began with a Royal afternoon tea and ended on Friday 10th June with a Grand Exhibition to celebrate the life of the Queen. Parents were invited to join us for both events. Thank you to all parents and families for your support.
We also had a variety of competitions for pupils to enter. Prizes were awarded for: Best Royal Homework, Best Royal Outfit, Best Portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, Red white and blue non-uniform day. We had some amazing entries. Well done everyone!
During the week pupils enjoyed learning about the Queen, her early life, her coronation, her role in society and across the globe.
