School Trips
School trips are one of the best parts of school life! They give children the chance to take their learning beyond the classroom and see the world for themselves. Whether it’s exploring a museum, discovering nature, or walking in the footsteps of history, these experiences help bring lessons to life in exciting and memorable ways.
Trips also help children grow in confidence and independence. They learn to work together, try new things, and develop a sense of curiosity about the world around them. Most importantly, they make special memories that stay with them for years to come.
At our school, we believe that these experiences are an essential part of learning — helping every child to shine, explore, and feel inspired about the world they live in.
This term Year 2 have a trip to the Tower of London and Year 1 are visiting the London Transport museum to support learning around their curriculum themes, London’s Burning and On the Move.

Children in Need – Making a Difference Together
Next week, we’re proud to support BBC Children in Need, a national charity that helps children and young people across the UK to thrive. The money raised goes directly to projects that provide safety, support, and opportunities for children who need it most.
At school, the children will be introduced through a range of activities over the week. It’s a wonderful way for pupils to show kindness, empathy, and community spirit — knowing that even small actions can make a big difference.
Please look out for the Children in Need ‘non uniform’ donation buckets next Friday when pupils may wear Children in need clothing / merchandise.
Thank you for your continued support
Remembrance Service – All Welcome
We warmly invite parents, carers and families to join us for our short school Remembrance Service as we come together to remember those who have served and sacrificed for our country.
The short service (weather permitting) will include music, poems and reflections from our pupils, helping them to understand the importance of remembrance and gratitude. It’s a special moment in our school calendar where we pause, reflect, and show respect together as a community.
We would be delighted to see you there as we remember.
