Our Barking Marketeers!!!
This week our pupils have been very busy in and around the local area.
A group of Year 4 pupils had the honor of meeting the Mayor at Barking Market where they were selling produce that they had grown at school in our new allotment. They raised £50 for charity with the produce they had grown. They sold a selection of vegetables and home made salsa. One of our Year 4 pupils, Owen even created his own rendition of Food Glorious Food that he sang on the market stall to encourage customers to purchase the goods on offer. Keep your eyes peeled for the post. Well done everyone in Year 4.
Evans-Moore Football Tournament
Our Year 5 and 6 pupils took part in a football tournament at Parsloes Park this week. There were twenty school teams that took part and our wonderful football team came 2nd and all won a well deserved trophy. Well done boys!
